Environmentally Hazardous Material Disposal Information and Procedures:
The waste lab will collect environmentally hazardous materials upon waste pickup requests made with the
Facilities work order system.
Environmentally hazardous materials include but are not limited to the following:
- Commercial Pesticides and Fertilizers
- Electronic Waste
- Batteries
- Aerosol Cans
- Photographic Fixer
- Paint Related Material
- Used Oil
- Asbestos Containing Material
- Acetylene and Propane Cylinders
- Light Ballasts, Transformers, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls
- Flourescent Light Tubes
